Welcome to the Lone Star Cantina
— a bold, fresh reimagining of our Whitby location.

We've evolved beyond the classic Texas grill into a vibrant, modern Tex-Mex experience unlike anything else.

To bring our new concept to life, we partnered with celebrity chef Matt Basile, who has crafted an exciting new menu filled with elevated Tex-Mex favourites. From our signature sizzling fajitas—now amped up with bold new flavours—to house-smoked applewood meats and fresh batch-prepped ingredients, every bite delivers unforgettable flavour.

Our drink game is just as strong. We teamed up with one of Canada’s top mixologists, Alysha Chiappetta, to design a beverage menu that shines. Enjoy handcrafted margaritas (frozen or on the rocks), an impressive selection of top-shelf tequilas, zero-proof cocktails, and a curated lineup of Mexican lagers and Ontario-brewed IPAs.

It's brighter, more open, and features a state-of-the-art audio-visual system. Friday and Saturday nights come alive with DJs spinning tunes and an unbeatable vibe.
